I know it is a New Year but I just got alerted to a tragedy that I am hoping we can all help make a difference. Recently, I learned about a family of four that I wanted to share.

In early December, the father of this family, died in a terrible tragic construction site accident leaving a mother (Nguyễn Kim Ngoc) and 2 children with no father and no source of real income. Due to this situation, the mother and children had to return to their hometown.

Luckily, her parents had a small piece of land in their backyard where the daughter could build a house and a family shrine to her husband. But with no source of income, there is no money to build that house.

So I am trying to help that family raise 10 million VND ($400 USD) so they can build that house. I am also trying to raise $165 yearly to support the daughter named Nguyen Kim Anh for her tuition fees.

I know times are tough for many, so any amount you can donate will help create a brighter future for this family.
